Simple cleansing and road opening

Timing: Day and hour of mercury, or day and hour of the moon.

Put some mercurial or lunar herbs on a dish.
Speak to the herbs and ask that they awaken and aid you in cleansing yourself and opening your roads.
Offer a glass of cool water, incense, and a white candle in thanks and gratitude.

Present the dish to the four directions asking that the spirits of each gate bless the herbs and carry your spells to the four corners of the earth.

Steep the herbs in a pot on the stove.

Have a shower and pour the steeped potion over your head and say:

“I cleanse myself of all malignancies and phantoms from the realms of phantasm, may all crossed conditions be washed away in the four rivers of Hades, by the goddess of the moon and the god of the sun, Aktiophis Ereshkigal Nebotosoualeth Akhebykrom Iao, so it is my will is done.”

Then exorcise and consecrate a candle that you’ve anointed with oil and a Mercury or lunar herb, and say:

“May my way be clear, and all closed roads and doors be open, may all that hinders my happiness disappear, and may my bad luck be broken, as this flame does burn, may it consume what has me bound, may my luck take a positive turn, open the way so my happiness may be profound! By the goddess of the moon and the god of the sun, Aktiophis Ereshkigal Nebotosoualeth Akhebykrom Iao, so it is my will is done!”

Then light the candle.

Bury the remnants of the candle at a crossroads when it has burned out.
